We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. You are of course welcome to call or text us to request an appointment as well. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call our office at 936-544-3554.
Insurance and Billing
Our team members gladly file your insurance along with attaching digital x-rays, intraoral photos and other documents to encourage your insurance to assist you. Crockett Dental Care works diligently to help our patients receive maximum assistance from dental insurance companies. Our team contacts your insurance company 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to verify your benefits. Please note, some insurance companies have been unwilling to negotiate favorable terms. Therefore, please contact our office with your dental PPO information and we will happily verify that we accept your insurance. Many times there are little to no differences between in-network and out-of-network relative to dental policies.
*We do not accept DHMO's or MEDICAID. Medicare does NOT pay for dental services. However, we are in network with some Medicare Advantage Plans.
Payment Options
Our purpose is to help you invest in your oral health care and preserve your smile for a lifetime. Our helpful administrative staff will be happy to assist you concerning payment options. Our patients are required to pay at the time of service whether by cash, check, debit card, major credit card, Scratchpay or Care Credit.
Financing Options
We partner directly with Scratchpay to allow our patients the opportunity to finance their dental care. Scratchpay isn’t a credit card and checking your plan option will NOT affect your credit score. Scratchpay offers three different types of plans that you may possibly be approved for, and 5 equal payments over a 10 week period (0% APR), a 12 month (APR varies) and a 24 month (APR varies). You can complete an application for a payment plan in minutes by visiting scratchpay.com. Scratchpay can also be used for your entire family, including those four-legged family members.
We partner directly with Care Credit to allow our patients the opportunity to finance their dental care for up to 60 months. Care Credit is a Synchony Credit Card Company. We offer our patients the option of ZERO interest 6 months terms with Care Credit. You may complete an application in our office and within minutes, Care Credit will provide their decision. You may also go to carecredit.com/apply to complete an application in the privacy of your own home.
