Our office believes in creating a safe environment for our team members and patients regarding COVID-19 or Coronavirus. We are following guidelines given by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), American Dental Association (ADA) and Texas Dental Association (TDA).
In order to combat any possible transmission of COVID-19 we have put protocols into place to better protect our patients and team members. We prefer that you wear a mask inside of our office until you are seated in your designated operatory. We ask that you please limit the number of friends or family members you bring with you to your appointment to keep social distancing measures in place. When COVID-19 rates are 15% or greater in Houston County:
- All patients are communicated with by phone to answer a COVID-19 prescreening questionnaire 1-2 days prior to their appointment.
- Upon arriving to our office, patients' temperatures will be taken and they will be asked COVID-19 prescreening questions once more.
- Our team member's temperatures are also taken regularly and possible symptoms are closely monitored.
